Admissions

We would like to inform you that all available places for new residents for the 2026/2027 academic year are currently filled.

Since the vast majority of current residents also choose to extend their stay in the upcoming academic year, the number of available places is very limited.

Nevertheless, you can apply to be placed on the waiting list for the Academic year 2026/2027.

Admissions are processed according to the waiting list order – in the event that a place becomes available, the next student on the waiting list will be notified.

Step 1

If you are interested in staying at our dorm send us an e-mail to info@villa-domus.si. We will send you the application for admission.

Step 2

Following the submission of the application you will receive confirmatory e-mail and a Form for payment of the security deposit, which has to be settled within few days. 

Step 3

After the payment of the security deposit you will receive a certificate of admission to the dorm.

Step 4

Congratulations, you are staying at the dorm Villa Domus. At arrival to the dorm during opening hours bring the Certificate of admission to the dorm with you at the reception where you will sign the Tenancy agreement. Upon moving in please provide a valid identity card or passport on demand.
